The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during the breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food handling and preparation. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations, utensils, and beverages. Serve breakfast items to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Assist with GM for order placements and needs. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service in hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary skills or experience in kitchen operations are advantageous. Serv Safe Training is required Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Breakfast serving hours are 6 A.M. to 10 A.M.
