This role is essential in providing a warm and inviting breakfast experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the breakfast area is well-maintained and that all food offerings meet safety and quality standards. Duties Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Set up and break down the breakfast buffet or service area daily. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Experience in catering services is a plus. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Ability to perform tasks such as bussing tables efficiently. Experience as a delivery driver can be beneficial for logistical support if needed. Basic meat cutting skills are desirable but not mandatory.
