The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that all tables are set up properly for incoming guests. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to food service or catering, is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of kitchen workflows and customer service best practices.
