Responsibilities:
Monitor machines including boilers, ovens, fryers, and cookers and make needed adjustmentsProgram equipment cooking temperature and time according to specifications and recipesLearn different types of alarms or malfunctions to equipment and operate shut-off switches when necessaryRemove the finished product from the production line for packagingEnsure safe food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followedMaintain an efficient flow of products through the production processInspect product to meet quality standardsAssist with inventory, food storage, and other closeout tasksWork with the team to meet company deadlines, quotas, and goalsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
