Administering treatments
Daily health checks
Collecting biomedical samples
Animal restraining

Essential Functions Assisting with treatments of animals admitted to the LATH, Food Animal Service, including but not limited to, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intramuscular injections, hanging IV Fluids, etc.
Clean working/handling facilities between animals
Following biosecurity protocols while moving animals throughout the facilities
Properly labeling and storage of biomedical samples
Reporting all abnormal findings and observations to senior clinician and residents assigned to the service
