Summary We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Manager to join our team at PCH Hotels and Resorts. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring that events are executed flawlessly while providing exceptional service that aligns with our mission of heartfelt hospitality. Responsibilities Manage all banquet operations including planning, setup, execution, and teardown of events. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Supervise banquet staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality. Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Collaborate with culinary teams to create menu offerings that delight guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during events. Requirements Proven experience in banquet management or food service management is essential. Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage costs effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
