The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As an attendant, you will play a vital role in preparing meals that meet our high standards of taste and presentation, while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide support in other areas of the kitchen as required. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in hotels or food service settings. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to help others when needed.
