Assistant Food & Beverage Director Pursell Farms Sylacauga, AL 35151 SUMMARY
DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all food and beverage operations as directed by the Executive CheF&B. The objective is to maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding guests’ expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for effectively recruiting, training and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling guest complaints, and generating financial reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Alabama Alcohol Seller – Server Certification and RBS Training Seve Safe Manager Certificate Certified Sommelier is a plus
