Responsibilities Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Prepare and replenish food items as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their dining needs. Handle cash transactions efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for all guests. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest relations when necessary. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash registers is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
