As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items are displayed attractively
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruits
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash receptacles
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the breakfast offerings or hotel amenities
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to keep the dining area clean and organized
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our guests
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest relations
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
