Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Level 3: Drug Testing/Screening Background Checks Successful completion of the following course within one year of appointment to position:
Introduction to Brevard School Food Services.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for performing a variety of routine kitchen tasks including but not limited to food preparation, cooking, baking, production, cleaning, serving, and cashiering while providing customer service to students and staff. Serving food items according to specified quantities.
Arranging individually packaged and/or portioned food items along a service line.
May prepare certain food items such as slicing meats, breads, sandwiches, and salad bar foods.
Performing a variety of routine kitchen tasks including food preparation, cooking, baking, production, cleaning, serving, and cashiering.
Providing customer service to students and staff.
Operating the till and handling cash in line with company procedures.
