In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, and Director of Catering you can gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. As an Assistant Catering Supervisor you will support the Catering Department with all needs. This includes and not limited to; Sales calls, ADP events weekly, (selling our amazing chicken sandwiches our in our local community), prepping the order in the kitchen (yes actually making the chicken for the orders), Delivering the orders, following up to ensure we have complete customer satisfaction, marketing the catering on various platforms. You will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. This job will be 50% catering needs and 50% restaurant operations in the kitchen. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. Ensuring Catering equipment is clean and ready for use at the start of every shift. Maintain a culture of Food Safety at all times. Your first 30 days will look like this: Week 1: Bread chicken (it’s kinda important to know around here) and learn other kitchen operations for the week Week 2: Deliver fast & accurate and spending time with your Directors showing you how we can accomplish this Week 3: Spend the week with Catering Director on ADPs, Events, Marketing and Sales Calls Week 4: Create timelines related to goals and responsibilities with the
Directors Compensation & Benefits:
$15.50-16/hr for 40 hours of work any work over 40 hours is time and half 401K contributions match up to 4% salary after 1 year Free food, one meal available per day of work 20% off personal catering orders Start immediately accruing 1 weeks paid time off Health, dental, and vision plans with an additional $100 monthly contribution towards the health plan of your choice after a 60 day wait period. REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment Kitchen knowledge is a plus Must have a Drivers License Must have flexible hours between 5am-11pm Must be able to carry up to 25-30llbs. In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
