The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires a passion for coffee and culinary arts, as well as the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including kitchen and dining spaces. Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure high standards of food service management are met. Help manage daily operations, including cash handling and customer transactions. Provide leadership support to the team during busy periods, ensuring excellent service delivery. Assist in training new staff members on cafe procedures and best practices. Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns. Skills Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and culinary skills. Experience in food service management is preferred. Proficient in budgeting and inventory control processes. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues alike. Previous experience in a bar or kitchen setting is a plus.
