Job description Must be able to maneuver up and down stairs and reach above shoulder level. Able to push, pull and carry up to 30 pounds. Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke. Must be able to work in temperatures in excess of 115 degrees and in cold temperatures as low as 40 degrees. Respond to visual and aural cues. Set up the buffet table and ensure fresh items are presented throughout the shift. Help with serving and attend to guest needs, answering questions. Break down the buffet, ensuring all parts are clean, polished and stored. Perform side work as needed. Must have availability to work weekdays and weekends Hampton Inn-Ft.
