As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist servers and maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next patrons. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing support during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces. Set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Help with the organization of utensils, glassware, and plates in the kitchen and service areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Qualifications Previous experience in bussing or a similar role within the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail.
