We are professional, customer-centric and engaging. Customer Service Associates (CSA) are responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to every Guest in the restaurant. CSA are service oriented, team players with a passion for providing our Guest with the Gold Standard in Gracious Hospitality, ensuring absolute Guest satisfaction. CSA will provide positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers will have thorough knowledge in all aspects of Bamboo’s menu, food, beverages and prices, so that they can make recommendations that enhances the Guest experience, allowing them to fully enjoy our diverse menu and vast offerings. Duties include but not limited to: Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift. Greet guest immediately and follow all Service Execution Steps. Describe and recommend food and beverage selections, making suggestions that give guests options based on thorough knowledge of our menu offerings. Clear tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware. Maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal. Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service. Present bills, accept payments, operate POS system, uphold strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions. Respond to guest complaints. Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Ensure 100% compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff. Engage with customers over the phone, via text, and email in a clear, courteous, and professional manner. Provide prompt, accurate information about menu items, prices, and restaurant services. Quickly respond to customer inquiries, ensuring minimal wait times. Efficiently manage multiple communication channels simultaneously. Process food and drink orders, ensuring all customer preferences and dietary requirements are noted. Assist customers with their queries, providing detailed information about the restaurant’s offerings. Offer recommendations and upsell additional items where appropriate. Address customer complaints or issues promptly, providing immediate solutions where possible. Escalate complex issues to management while ensuring the customer is kept informed. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and preferences. Update customer information in the database as needed. Maintain up-to-date ‘s menu, special promotions, and events. Clearly communicate details about food ingredients, preparation methods, and available service. Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Relay important customer feedback to the team for continuous service improvement. Conduct follow-up calls or send emails to gather customer feedback post-visit. Analyze feedback to identify areas for service enhancement. Ensure all customer interactions comply with data privacy standards. Follow restaurant policies and procedures diligently, especially regarding customer service and order handling.
