Food Truck Assistant 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Coconut Creek, FL 33073 Redstone Ranch is looking for a reliable and energetic Food Truck Assistant to support our Head Chef and help deliver a great food experience to our guests. This is a fun and fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, staying active, and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep and cooking under the direction of the Head Chef Take customer orders and handle point-of-sale transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck Help with restocking and inventory checks Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or kitchen work is a plus ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain Friendly, team-oriented attitude Able to work efficiently in a small space and fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4
