The F&B Attendant job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The start date is October 1, 2025, with May 31, 2026, as the end date.
The Floridian Club, Inc, The Club at Kalea Bay, LLC., The Club at Moraya Bay, LLC, and Kinsale Golf Club are four private clubs part of Soave Hospitality Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Soave Enterprises, a Southeast Michigan-based firm located at 3400 E. Lafayette, Detroit, Michigan, 48207
Duties include:
The F&B Attendant job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The start date is October 1, 2025, with May 31, 2026, as the end date.
Duties include:
Clear tables and unload trays in the kitchen, separating the dishes, silverware, and linen.
Sort, polish, and put away clean silverware and glassware.
Assist in clearing used pool towels, empty dishes, and trash from the pool area.
Empty the used towel bin, fill the clean towel bin, and deliver used towels to housekeeping.
Clear dishes from tables between courses.
Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations.
Arrange tables and chairs to make room for large groups, including banquet events.
Assist in setting buffet stations, tables, and decorations.
Remove, store, and clean banquet equipment after an event.
Move, set up & break down banquet & dining room tables and any F&B equipment for F&B events.
Set up pool chairs & tables for F&B poolside dining.
Set up and arrange outside lounge chairs & towels for pool service.
Responsible for seeing that the dining room is well stocked with utensils, napkins, glasses, tablecloths, table decorations, and foods such as butter and crackers or bread.
Dust woodwork, wash mirrors, vacuum carpets, clean floors, and help to clean up spills. Assign to a station with several tables but may help other attendants whose stations get very busy.
Help serve food, carry heavy trays, and fill water glasses or soft drinks.
Act as messengers between the dining room staff and the kitchen staff.
Typical shifts are 7:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.
- 10:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m.
- 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. The specific days and hours of work will vary based on business needs. Flexibility to work all shifts required. We’re open seven days a week and holidays are required. Overtime may be available. On the job training is not provided.

Able to respond to change quickly.
Comfortable memorizing orders and menus.
Willing and able to be on their feet for 8+ hours.
Sell menu specials or limited-time offers.
This position operates in a private club setting. The employee is exposed to weather conditions while serving guests outdoors. Work areas may be crowded and noisy. The employee makes frequent trips to the kitchen, where air may be moist, warm, and odorous from cooking foods. The kitchen floor may be slippery from moisture and grease. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent handwashing is required. Frequent use of stairs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and listen. This position is very active and requires standing and moving for an extended period. Constantly moving between in and outdoor environments. This position requires walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The work may need occasional carrying/lifting to 50 pounds, weighing up to 20 pounds, and pushing and pulling up to 75 pounds unassisted, frequently reaching overhead. Arm strength and coordination must be sufficient to carry plates of food, glasses, and bottles and serve from large trays.
