Responsibilities Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours. Prepare food items such as pastries, fruits, and beverages according to established guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast selections. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after each service. Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to catering and banquet services are essential.
