What you’ll be doing day to day Managing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day merchandising operations of the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, and Swedish Food Market. Ensuring IKEA Food Operating and Brand Standards are consistently met to support brand consistency. Managing and training the IKEA Food Sales and Cashier/Dining co-workers to meet guests with a positive sales and service experience. Providing an attractive and inviting atmosphere in all commercial food areas including the co-worker restaurant. Contributing to and supporting the marketing and integration of Swedish celebrations and IKEA Food focus areas into the retail store’s commercial calendar. Implementing actions based on customer input and feedback. Planning and implementing product changes, ensuring that all coworkers experience new products so they can communicate benefits, ingredients and allergens to customers. Ensuring that the operations of all IKEA Food areas in the IKEA Store operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements and other local legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS 3
years of experience leading a high-volume retail business with knowledge of sales steering and merchandising in a customer facing environment Preferred, Food Handlers Certification/Card Knowledge of HACCP plans for food quality and safety systems Knowledge of Local and Federal food legislation Apply now!
