Food Service Attendant Perdido Bay FC Pensacola, FL 32506 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concession Stand Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages at our concession stand. You will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our guests, ensuring that they receive high-quality products in a timely manner. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items, including snacks, beverages, and other concession offerings. Operate the Square POS system for processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area, cleaning equipment. Handle food safely by following proper food handling guidelines and maintaining hygiene standards. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting, is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with culinary practices and food handling procedures is a plus. Experience with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
