• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in an organised and appealing manner
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labelled, and comply with food safety regulations
• Assist guests with their meal selections and provide help as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the breakfast area throughout service hours
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as required
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of culinary practices and meal preparation techniques is desirable
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to handle delivery driver duties occasionally
