Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day food processing and packaging operations Ensure all team members follow proper food handling and sanitation protocols Monitor quality control and safety compliance across the facility Train and mentor food handlers (including SafeServ certification support) Coordinate shift schedules and communicate staffing needs Support inventory tracking, supply intake, and basic logistics tasks Serve as point of contact for operational concerns and internal meetings May require sorting food items into fridge, freezer and pantry
May be required to perform other work related duties (Employer will discuss) Maintain food safety:
Follow food health and safety guidelines This position will require standing long periods of time (standing on your feet throughout the workday.
