Banquet Captain FT
OCALA, FL The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is looking for a Banquet Captain to join our team. The Banquet Captain assists in the oversight of set up and service for banquet and meeting events at World Equestrian Center.
Primary Responsibilities:
Works alongside Manager/Assistant Manager with inventories and scheduling
Supervises onsite personnel during set-up/teardown and operation of function
Meets directly with on-site contact to discuss timeline of days event
Completes bill and makes every effort to review changes with client

Associate must talk and hear Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of (1) years experience in banquet supervision or related position
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of basic math
Cash handling skills
Excellent guest service skills
