The Miami Airport Marriott, located at 1201 NW LeJeune Road, Miami,FL 33126 is currently hiring a Attendant-Catering Service. Complete final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, andcleaning and returning equipment to its proper location. Completeclosing duties, including storing all reusable goods, lockingdoors, breaking down goods, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain workareas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, andorganization of assigned station and service areas. Transport dirtylinen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins fromtablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintaincleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicingclean-as-you-go procedures. Assist other departments when needed toensure optimum service to guests. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thankguests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensureadherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry,push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees,including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, orwalk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
