Job Description Key Job Functions Train servers in all aspects of banquet service Maintain discipline in function rooms Must coordinate and time functions to ensure quality of food Adhere to Royal Sonesta standards Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of employees in the Banquet Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of units Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications and Skills A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.
