The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to the overall efficiency of our food service operations, providing exceptional support to enhance the dining experience. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Handle food items safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines. Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
