Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. RESPONSIBILITIES

: Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests Clean, set and reset tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service Ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and rendering a high level of customer service

REQUIREMENTS

: Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Deep knowledge of food service Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service. Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs. Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel. 2-3 years experience in an upscale restaurant a must Experience in high-volume restaurants a plus
