Job Description:

Our Back Servers/Bussers keep our restaurant running smoothly byensuring that the restaurant is clean and ready for our guests.

They move swiftly throughout the dining room, clearing tables asneeded and helping our servers in delivering food and beverages toguests. From time to time, they’re prepared to do some heavylifting and when needed, they provide our guests with hospitalitythat will make their day just a little bit brighter.

You are true to the belief of amazing service and offering thebest hospitality. Experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment would bebeneficial. The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidaysand/or weekends should be doable.

What you will be doing: Make sure the dining room is perfect always by clearing andresetting tables after guests leave. Help the servers and bartenders by providing refills on waterand iced tea as needed and removing used table ware betweencourses. Check floor/bar/restrooms and clean as needed. Assist dishwashers by removing clean dishes from the dishstation and stocking them in appropriate areas. Ensure spills are cleaned up quickly with as little disturbanceto the guest as possible. Assist with food delivery, remark as needed, especially withlarge parties and during peak periods. Thank guests when leaving and inquire about theirexperience. Respond sincerely and appropriately to guest requests andcommunicate if necessary. Flexibility during the shift to help ensure the smooth andefficient operation of the restaurant.
