The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff. Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Support the kitchen staff by transporting dishes, utensils, and food items as needed. Ensure that all glassware, dishes, and silverware are clean and properly stored. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all setups meet our hospitality standards.
