We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafetería Attendant to join our team! This person will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest while ensuring the smooth operation of our service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and excellent service.
- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately.
- Operate the register and handle cash or card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area at all times.
- Assist with product preparation and restocking as needed.
- Follow company procedures and uphold service quality standards.
Requirements:
- Charismatic personality and strong sales and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent in both languages.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness.
- Proactive attitude and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
