Clevelander South Beach SUMMARY:

Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities :

Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished Runs soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties removes and compacts the trash Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualification:

At least 18 years of age. High School diploma preferred.
