Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a F&B Assistant Manager is all about! Here’s the quick lowdown on what you’ll do day-to-day: Deliver the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. Supervises operation of restaurants and bars to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission. Handles all guest and team member complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Communicates immediately all guest and team member complaints to the Director of Restaurants & Bars. Works with the Director of R&B and chefs and other team members to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers Requirements Here’s exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and team members Have strong attention to details Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Past experience in similar capacity, hotel preference preferred Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course We’ve kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you’ll need.
