SPANISH REQUIRED.

The breakfast attendant is responsible for greeting and seat guests, daily set-up and breakdown of continental breakfast buffet, preparation and presentation of all buffet items as well as clearing dishes and clean up of the breakfast area. We are seeking applicants for a part-time position + some shifts on an on-call basis. Estimated 15 hours per week with opportunities to work additional shifts as needed. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service environment, ideally in hospitality
• Great customer service skills
• Basic food handling knowledge
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Excellent oral communications skills required
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Daily set up and breakdown of breakfast buffet
• Daily preparation and presentation of all buffet items both hot and cold food.
• Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests who enter the breakfast dining area
• Ensure that the breakfast buffet bar stays fresh and fully restocked during breakfast period
• Maintain the appearance and safety of breakfast dining area
• Clearing and clean dishes from tables
• Prepare and clean breakfast area for next day’s service
