Job Description Provide and exceed quality customer service to restaurant guests by assisting servers anyway possible.
Responsibilities Essential Functions:
+ Provide highest quality customer service to all guests. + Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests, using guest names. + Assist Server with greeting tables, refilling drinks, and providing table service. + Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion. + Deliver food to correct guests in correct order. + Complete dining room attendant and food runner set-up and breakdown/side-work list. + Responsible for polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and setting tables before and during service. + Able to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency throughout entire shift. + Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down areas when needed. + Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu. + Demonstrate excellent team work with all Associates by communicating effectively and positively. + Able to perform other job duties as assigned by Managers and Supervisors.

Qualifications Required Skills:
