Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager with daily operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house flow Lead and motivate team members to provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service Maintain product quality and consistency across all menu items Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food/labor costs Uphold Toastique’s brand standards in cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction Step in wherever needed—this is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality management (1-2 years preferred) Energetic and team-oriented leadership style Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for health-conscious food and a wellness-driven lifestyle Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
