How You’ll Shine:

The Facility Clerk/Receiver will be responsible for the ordering, receiving, and storing of all products needed by the Food and Beverage Department. These products will allow the team to provide our guests with quality products in a timely manner as it pertains to the various quick service food and beverage outlets of resort. The Facility Clerk/Receiver will follow all food safety requirements to ensure all food meets the quality standards. This role will maintain the company’s expected high quality standards and will follow all safety protocols as dictated by company policy. How You’ll Make an

Impact:

Place all necessary food/paper/chemical orders needed utilizing par lists and order guides for specified vendors. Receive, organize and store all purchased products ensuring they meet food safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of all storages, coolers, and freezers by following all health safety guidelines. Understand all food handling & storing guidelines to ensure food born illness and cross-contamination possibilities are eliminated. Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to internal guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total proper items are provided. Bring concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up. Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.

Position may require ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners. Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions. A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
