Food Truck Worker TBG BBQ Ocoee, FL 34761 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated BBQ Lover to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our food truck operation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food. This position requires a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a Passion for BBQ. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle transactions accurately using a POS system while providing excellent customer service. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Engage with customers, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns promptly. Work Various Shifts including Nights and Weekends The Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, including roles in cafés, kitchens, or grocery stores. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is essential. Demonstrated ability in handling and operating POS systems is a plus.
