As a Line Attendant, you will be responsible for refilling food items at the buffet serving station in a timely manner. Keep all food lines clean and stocked with serving utensils Monitor quality and freshness of food by changing pans and managing first in first out rotation of cold and hot foods Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the expediter on duty Label perishable items in walk-in coolers and coordinate rotation of food items to replaced Break down and clean all stations after shift and empty trash More about you Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation techniques High school diploma or GED Related experience or combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree Physical requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shift Frequently required to kneel or crawl Ability to regularly move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Shift details Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Who we are Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world.
