OF OVERALL PURPOSE
The Food& Beverage Attendant performs a wide variety of job duties ranging from but not limited to serving, transporting food from storage to the service lines, cleaning, and providing assistance to families all while adhering to the Core Values and Operating Principles of The Village.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serving Provide guidance and support to food serving Volunteers. Assist with serving food as needed. Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes, utensils, etc. as needed. Support Assist with receiving food products as needed. Assist with the set-up and breakdown of dining areas as directed. Communicate kitchen needs to the Food & Beverage management. Guest Service Ensure the guest experience from arrival, greeting and check-in is delivered with service excellence. Coordinate the fulfillment of special need requests. Ensure the presentation of food items meets the requirements. All other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, balance, use hands and arms for extended periods of time. Work in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds, unassisted. Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work.

Able to work in a team. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position. High School Diploma or greater. Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, including battery operated golf cart, prefferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, preferred. ServSafe training, preferred.
