We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our meal plating team. This role is essential to ensuring every meal is assembled accurately, consistently, and safely in a cold production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach plating team to meet performance, safety, and quality standards Ensure meals are plated accurately per strict recipes and guides Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance Communicate goals and support team development Use HRIS (UKG preferred) for scheduling and management
Requirements:
3+ years supervisory experience in food service or production Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong math and communication skills Ability to stand 9+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs in cold conditions Knowledge of food safety, manufacturing, and quality standards Weekend and flexible shift availability (5 AM – 10 PM)
Preferred:
AA degree, HRIS experience, ServSafe certified
