This position is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, supporting servers, and ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly clear tables after guests depart, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables quickly and neatly for incoming guests. Assist with refilling water glasses and replenishing other items as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and service stations. Support servers by delivering food, bringing additional items to tables, and attending to guest needs. Handle glassware, dishes, and utensils carefully to avoid breakage. Work collaboratively with management, servers, bartenders, kitchen, and all front-of-house staff. Other duties as required for the day/night. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
