Full Job Description Position:

Gelato Attendant / Rate $13 per hour + TIPS As a Gelato Attendant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by serving our guests with a smile and ensuring that they leave with a memorable visit. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of gelato, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices. Serve gelato, cones, and other products to customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about gelato flavors, ingredients, and toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including serving stations, tables, and countertops. Follow food safety guidelines and company standards for sanitation and cleanliness. Handle cash register, process payments, and manage transactions accurately. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Prepare and maintain gelato displays, ensuring products are presented attractively. Work as part of a team to create a positive, fun, and efficient work environment. Assist with special events, promotions, and other store activities as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
