The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing productivity within the office environment. Duties Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Provide support as a personal assistant to senior management, ensuring all administrative needs are met. Handle correspondence, including proofreading documents and responding to emails. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are always available. Coordinate communication between departments and facilitate information flow. Maintain accurate records of office activities and assist with reporting as needed. Support dental receptionist duties when required, including patient scheduling and managing records. Skills Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with a focus on office management. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
