As a SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders. Assist in cleaning and bussing tables to maintain a tidy dining area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle food items safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines. Support catering events as needed, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in community or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
