We’re looking for the right motivated person to govern the front of house division, develop personnel, and implement strategies that get results. Our ideal candidate would possess at least one to two years’ experience within the Restaurant industry. A conceptual understanding of networking, personnel development, strategy and planning are required. An Assistant Manager will relish the task of developing new hires for Vale Food Co. while taking care of the day-to-day workings of the restaurant, working with local marketing coordinators on the team, managing budgets and keeping track of all activities. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of restaurant experience required Self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to understand business fundamentals from an opportunity or challenge perspective, then convert that insight into sustainable strategies and action plans for growth Entrepreneurial approach to driving a business with an ability to influence the organization Strong communication skills and capable of independent decision making and setting business vision Ability to prioritize and multitask against several complex projects at a time Please reach out to colin@valefoodco.com
