Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Pinecrest and Delray Beach Vale Food Co. Specializes in Fast Casual Restaurants, Meal Plan Delivery, Catering, Food Trucks, Retail, Food/Beverage and is searching for the right talented Entry Level Assistant Manager to join the team! We’re looking for the right motivated person to govern the front of house division, develop personnel, and implement strategies that get results. Our ideal candidate would possess at least one to two years’ experience within the Restaurant industry. A conceptual understanding of networking, personnel development, strategy and planning are required. An Assistant Manager will relish the task of developing new hires for Vale Food Co. while taking care of the day-to-day workings of the restaurant, working with local marketing coordinators on the team, managing budgets and keeping track of all activities. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
