We are looking for a special someone who can help us build and maintain a work family culture in our restaurant, while also holding the team accountable for running excellent operations and treating our guests like gold. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for customer service via developing employees and helping them reach their potential. Job Responsibilities:

Exercise good public and customer relations skills at all times. Foster a welcoming environment within the restaurant by taking initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner and coaching the staff to do the same. Support an excellent customer experience by preparing orders accurately; performing quality control of orders, ensuring they’re made properly by staff; and by managing staff to meet ticket time goals. Manage health inspection process and take ownership of any necessary action plans resulting from an inspection. Prioritize tasks for team members and provide any coaching required to accomplish the tasks properly. Provide positive/negative feedback on employee performance and escalate employee issues to General Manager. Participate in the hiring process, reviewing candidates and facilitating interviews as needed. Train Team Leads on store opening/closing, cleanliness standards, inventory processes, etc. Contribute to and support General Manager’s plans for team member development. Create mid to long term action plan to improve restaurant financials. Provide input to leadership on improving store performance, operational processes, and/or individual performance that would translate to a better employee experience, customer experience, and/or profitability. Other duties as assigned. Pay rate is inclusive of a pooled tip share, which is consistently $3.50
