Duties/ dish washing Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event specifications. Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order prior to events. Assist with food handling and catering setup, ensuring that all food service areas are organized and presentable. Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service during events. Help with bussing tables during and after events to maintain cleanliness and organization. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to any requests or needs from event coordinators or guests. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality practices, including food handling and culinary standards. Experience in catering or restaurant environments is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to help others as needed.
