As a vital part of our food truck operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food items, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including cooking and serving areas. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area when applicable. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
